Following the health protocols based on the instructions of the health authorities, we have introduced additional security measures for both guests as well as our staff.

General actions

• Observance of the basic measures to avoid transmission of the corona virus.
• Marking in the hotel premises as a reminder to take the necessary measures to protect ourselves.
• Enhancing the cleaning frequency of all areas using the appropriate disinfectants.
• Strengthening cleanliness in "high risk" objects such as knobs and elevator knobs.
• Antiseptics in public areas for use by customers.

Hotel staff

• All our staff have been trained to follow health protocols.
• All our staff wears masks.
• All our staff adheres to the basic measures of avoiding the transmission of the corona, such as hand washing and social distance.

Guest experience

• Check-in and check-out:
  We encourage our guests to use the new online check-in system to limit or avoid overcrowding in the lobby.
• We had to extend the check-out and check-in duration between the stays (check out until 11:00 am and check in from 15:00 pm) so that the rooms to be cleaned and adequate natural ventilation of the space to be followed.
• Disinfect the keys of the rooms in a special container for disinfection.

Rooms

• Room cleaning & Room preparation service only upon customer's request.
• All rooms are cleaned and adequate natural ventilation is provided.
• All items in the rooms are cleaned and disinfected before the next customer arrives.
• All air conditioning units are cleaned and disinfected before the next customer arrives.
• Our guests will have a mini package at their disposal that will include a mask and antiseptic.
• All fabric surfaces are disinfected with a special steam device.
• Emphasis is placed on the transport and storage of bedding & towels.

Food and Beverage Procedures

• Observance of HACCP
• Keeping the distance between the tables according to the instructions of the health authorities.
• All kitchen staff wear masks and gloves.
• We replaced the buffet with breakfast, with room service breakfast in the room (at no extra charge) or a la carte breakfast served on site.
